Form and Estimated Shipping Time

All our shipments are made by DHL or Paqueteriaexpress and are covered by the customer, have an estimated time of 3 to 5 business days for receipt, prices may increase depending on the shipping method, weight and distance.

International shipments may have additional costs depending on the taxes of each country, as well as the availability and coverage of local shipping companies.

Once the purchase order is shipped, an email is sent with the tracking number to be monitored electronically by the customer.

Once the purchase order is placed with the shipping company, Haute à Porter is not responsible for loss, damage, theft or delay.

Returns and Cancellations

All our designs are made based on our special sizing system, that is why we recommend our customers to consult our measurement scheme and get the size indicated before placing your order, as in Haute à Porter we are not responsible for errors made by the customer in the indications of the product at the time of purchase online. Haute à Porter only makes a 100% refund on each model that does not correspond to the purchase order.

This refund is made upon receipt of the merchandise returned by the customer within a maximum period of 5 working days to our headquarters:

We accept in return, only garments in their original state (without having been used or washed), without damages, alterations and with their respective packaging and label. The cost of return shipping is covered by the consumer.
There is a 10% penalty charge if any size adjustments have been made to your garment.
In case of cancellations on garments made to stocking there is a 15% penalty charge and must be made within 5 working days, once the garment order has been processed.

All authorized refunds are reflected in the form of payment given by the customer within a maximum period of 30 business days once the return has been received.
